8 Ways to Maximise Bookings

1. Promote your property in dedicated listings such as: Golf, Skiing, Disabled Friendly, Featured Property or in Special Offers
2. Register to receive Free SMS Text enquiries direct to your mobile phone.
3. Ensure your Availability Calendar is up to date so that visitors can see readily if there is likely to be availability for the period they are seeking.
4. Photos: as we allow unlimited Photos (subject to approval), consider uploading a good selection of up to date photos of your property and the local area.
5. Always display accurate information and by complete as many of the Text boxes as you can to enhance your Property pages.
6. Respond promptly to all booking enquiries. Delays may cost you a lost rental!
7. Extra Services: Consider offering mid-term additional cleaning together with Linen and Towel changes. Try and avoid having garden maintenance work carried out whilst your guests relaxing around the pool or garden areas as this may put them off returning.
8. Clean: Good Property cleaning is vital for your guests and their first impressions will be remembered. Try and keep a check on the person(s) responsible for this, to make sure they are doing a good thorough clean each time, between ‘Lettings’.
