Top Tips for Managing Bookings:

The Initial Enquiry

1. However you receive an initial enquiry, always respond promptly and courteously. If your property is booked for the period in question, ask for their contact details in case of a cancellation or for future reference.

2. Thank them for their enquiry and answer their questions accurately. Be obliging to them and give positive answers. If you are uncertain about something, say you will find out and let them know the answer.

3. If they have concerns about the Location of your property, driving distances from the airport or a safety issue, re-assure them with the simplest explanation you can and share your knowledge of the local areas.

4. Ask them how and where they found your property. If it was on Holiday Rental Centre ask what they think of the way the Advertising Details are displayed on the website.   You can then pass this on to us as we can all learn from Customer feedback.
