The South and South East corner of Ireland can also be ideal locations for holiday accommodation in Ireland, especially around the counties of Wicklow, Wexford and Waterford.
The South West also has many regions to find a holiday cottage in Ireland; alternatively County Cork can be used as base for exploring The Ring of Kerry and the Dingle Peninsular. Another typical holiday destination is Killarney where a good choice of holiday cottages can be found. The surrounding towns of Kenmare, Bantry Bay and Skibbereen are all picturesque and worth a visit.
