The following HolidayRentalCentre Terms and Conditions apply to all users of this website and must be adhered to. Your continued use of the site constitutes your
acknowledgement and agreement of these Terms and Conditions.

A condition of the continued access and use of the HolidayRentalCentre website is such that all users agree to use this site for their own personal and private use at all times. The site is not to be used for any unlawful purpose that may or may not be covered by other applicable laws or regulations. A user found to be in breach of the Terms & Conditions will be liable for all costs arising from any such Loss, Damage or Legal Claim resulting from any such breach.

HolidayRentalCentre accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of information, photography or any such content, supplied by and displayed on behalf of advertisers. The accuracy of all property related material whether photographic, text or otherwise is the sole responsibility of the property owner, the owner’s agent or any other person who places the advertisement on this website.

HolidayRentalCentre strongly recommends that prospective holidaymakers wishing to rent properties advertised, take the following steps. First, contact the property Owner or Manager directly to verify the details are accurate and that the content or property advertised is to the holidaymakers complete satisfaction, prior to making an agreed booking with the advertiser. Secondly, keep a record of the property owner/manager contact telephone numbers, all correspondence including booking arrangements, payment details, receipts, and any additional information that is supplied whether or not described in the advertisement, such as Airport transfers, collection arrangements and costs, any additional charges that are requested or agreed. If you (the holidaymaker) are in any doubt about the Rental booking costs or other services required by you or offered to you, request the information in writing from the Owner/Manager and consider the information carefully before making your payment. Keep and take with you, all receipts, payment vouchers and confirmation of rental documents in case you are required to produce them for any reason.

HolidayRentalCentre accepts no liability for any inaccuracies or misleading information supplied by the property owners or their agents that may appear within the content of advertisements or not, or any such agreement between property owners and holidaymakers that may result in the loss of the rental booking or holiday accommodation for the agreed period, and no such claim arising will be entered into.

HolidayRentalCentre.com complete website design, including Software, Text, Photography, Flash clips, Graphics, Artwork, Illustrative Designs, Videos with Music and/or Sound, Domain Name and other Logos together with all materials connected with the design and build of this site, whether mentioned or not are protected by copyright and current trademark law.

HolidayRentalCentre agree to advertise owner’s property details and will determine the advert layout. Advertisers agree that alterations may be needed to edit, copy, or exclude certain information or material supplied, and no responsibility will be accepted for any such loss or damage which may result from design changes including material or photographic positioning.
HolidayRentalCentre adverts are generally for a single property only. Property owners wishing to advertise more than a single unit may do so by contacting and with the express permission of HolidayRentalCentre, who reserve the right to amend any on-line details which do not conform.

HolidayRentalCentre reserves the right to remove any property from its property pages without refund and without notice, if it is the subject of continuous complaint, misrepresentation or misuse by the owner or is deemed unsuitable. When an unsuitable property is removed from the main database and refused for publication, no claim for loss or expense will be entered into.

HolidayRentalCentre acknowledges they cannot guarantee that this operating website will be continuous or free from faults. Early warning detection systems in place will minimise error-system down times.

HolidayRentalCentre reserves the right to determine, approve and authorise any links from advertisements to other websites. Advertisers whose links do not conform and/or are not approved, may be withdrawn without notice.

Paying for Advertising: HolidayRentalCentre requires ‘same day payment’ for each new property registered on this site.
Payments should be made and processed through our on-line card payment provider. Please ensure that all Debit or Credit Card details are correct. The Cardholder or their elected representative making a payment must read and understand the Terms & Conditions before making a payment. Cheque payments must first be authorised via e-mail request to:
admin@holidayrentalcentre.com and then posted to the address on the Registration Form. Advertisers will then be notified when payment has been received in full and when the advert is displayed.

HolidayRentalCentre may offer advertisers an initial ‘Free Trial’ or Free Period of Advertising linked to an intial Paid Period of Advertisng. Paid advertising periods are considered as being at the start and Free periods may follow, depending on the Offer at the time. NO Refunds will be made for any unnexpired periods of Free advertising whether it be a Free Trial or part of a Promotional Offer, under any circumstances.
Increases in advertising rates and annual payments will be applicable immediately to new registrations and upon annual renewal for existing advertisers.

Cancellations and Refunds

HolidayRentalCentre will permit the cancellation of a newly made property advertisement within 7 days provided notification is made via e-mail within that period. Cancellations and requests for refunds must include all relevant registration details and passwords and should be sent to: admin@holidayrentalcentre.com The advertisement will then be withdrawn, a full refund issued, less a small administrative charge, which will be confirmed via e-mail.
Refunds will not be made for Extra advertising features, such as Special Offers, Featured Property on the Homepage and Featured Listings, ie: Golf, Skiing, Scuba Diving or Horse Riding. Refunds made against unused periods of either 6 months or 12 months Subscriptions will be calculated to the nearest applicable month as an unused period.

The HolidayRentalCentre.com® logo is an officially registered TradeMark (No 2414723) under the Trade Marks Act 1994 of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. As such, this logo must not be used, copied or reproduced at any time or in any format without the express permission of the owner. Breach of this TradeMark may result in legal action being taken against the user and/or a claim for damages. If you are in any doubt about it's use or authenticity, send your enquiry immediately to:admin@holidayrentalcentre.com and await a reply.

Holiday Rental Centre is a modern ‘on-line’ advertising website, and as such, will continue to make regular updates, modifications and design changes to improve the visual style and textual content of the site. This is for potential new advertisers, holidaymakers and web visitors who are looking for rental properties.

Registered Property Advertisers, agree to accept that these changes which may occur without prior notice, and must acknowledge that regular improvements are in the best interest for promoting their advertised holiday properties in order to obtain improved rental income.

Holiday Rental Centre aim to distribute Periodic e-mail Newsletters to inform advertisers about a range of related matters including forthcoming changes and improvements.

Unfortunately, no claims or correspondence relating to new changes in design or updates and modifications to the website by can be entered into.

Refund Guarantee

Holiday Rental Centre is committed to providing holiday home owners with the best possible service. In the unlikely event that you have not received at least 5 booking enquiries during your first 12 months of advertising, we will refund the full cost of your subscription. The purpose of this guarantee is to give all new advertisers complete confidence in Holiday Rental Centre and the ability to try our service "risk-free" .

Holiday Rental Centre Refund Guarantee - Terms & Conditions

1. Refund Guarantee
If in the first 12 months you, the Property Owner, do not receive more than 5 booking enquiries through your advert listed on Holidayrentalcentre.co.uk, we will refund you the full amount of your subscription fee. Our Refund Guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions listed below.

2. Eligibility

New advertisers are eligible for the Refund Guarantee, subject to the following conditions:

The advertised property must be available for rent for a minimum of eight (8) months during the twelve (12) month listing period
The Refund Guarantee is not valid if the property is sold during the listing period.
The Refund Guarantee is not valid if the property is ‘let’ for any period longer than 4 weeks during the listing period.
The Property advertised must not be a timeshare property.
Listing must display rental rates during the whole listing period and for a minimum of twelve (12) consecutive months ahead at all times.
The Owner must update the availability calendar at least twice each month.
Owners must display a minimum of 6 legible photos on their listing.
The Owner must display a minimum of one (1) Guest Review.
Owners must complete at least 95% of the information fields available for owners property details.
Owners must Apply for the Refund Guarantee in writing within 48 hours of registering the property.

3. Processing Claims

In order to process a claim, Owners must submit a written request to Holiday Rental Centre within thirty (30) days prior to the end of the twelve (12) month advertising period.

You will be provided with a ‘Claim for Refund’ form which must be completed in full and returned to Holiday Rental Centre.

All claims for refund are subject to verification by Holiday Rental Centre.

Verified claims: The Property Owner will receive a refund credit to their account within thirty (30) days of approved verifications.

4. Clarifications

Any claim request is subject to the following:

The guarantee is limited to one refund per advertiser.
Holiday Rental Centre reserves the right to permit or deny owners to display future properties on the website.

Holiday Rental Centre reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions or discontinue the Refund Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any owner, at any time, or for any reason without prior notice.

The Refund Guarantee is available for new owner listings from 10th May 2010.

Privacy Policy

Holiday Rental Centre understands that your privacy needs are a prime consideration.

This Privacy Policy is developed to reassure the advertiser that all confidential information supplied to this website is respected and treated seriously with the utmost consideration.

Holiday Rental Centre does not store customer Credit Card information.
Holiday Rental Centre does not share any customer information with third-party companies or individuals.
Holiday Rental Centre provides a Refund Policy - see Refund Terms and Conditions.

Holiday Rental Centre stores all private & confidential information accurately and securely and makes all reasonable safeguards to ensure your trusted information remains secure.

Advertisers are not required to provide personal information but certain details are required during the registration process which allows the advertiser to store their own property photos and text. Holiday Rental Centre will not divulge any such information to any other party without your express permission.

Security queries arising during the registration application should be sent to: admin@holidayrentalcentre.com who will advise accordingly.

ENQUIRY FORM

The completed Enquiry form will be sent directly to the Property Owner or Advertiser by e-mail and must only be used for a genuine holiday booking Enquiry. Any misuse constitutes a breach of Holiday Rental Centre’s on-line website. Enquirers may also receive periodic Newsletters from Holiday Rental Centre via email and recipients can ‘Unsubscribe’ if they wish. Please read the Terms & Conditions and the Holiday Rental Centre Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy: Enquiry Forms are sent via email directly to Property Owner or Advertiser and an acknowledgement is issued shortly afterwards confirming the message has been sent. Holiday Rental Centre stores a ‘copy’ as proof for advertisers.
Misuse of this form will constitute a breach of Holiday Rental Centre’s on-line website and action may be taken against individuals to prevent further misuse.
Holiday Rental Centre will include each enquirer's email address in its existing mail file. The mailing list is used solely by HRC for sending newsletters or promotional offers only. The Holiday Rental Centre mailing list will NOT be offered to any other person or company for any such reason whatsoever.

Although Holiday Rental Centre makes every effort to approve photos and other such content provided by the advertisers, we are totally reliant on the accuracy of the material supplied to us and must therefore make the following disclaimers:

1. The material displayed on this website is the sole responsibility of the advertiser. Holiday Rental Centre accepts no responsibility for its content and is in no way liable for the accuracy of this information.

2. Bookings are made directly between the property owner and the renter. Holiday Rental Centre are not liable for any such claims relating to accommodation, travel or booking arrangements.

3. Holiday Rental Centre is not liable for the quality of any properties or the standard of cleanliness. The owners and/or Managers are solely responsible for these arrangements.

4. Holiday Rental Centre are not liable for any currency or rate changes.

Recommendations Before Travelling

Travel Insurance is essential when travelling on holiday and HRC recommend cover to be arranged at the time of booking your accommodation. Remember to insure items such as golf clubs or ski equipment. Click here to get a quote and / or book.

When booking rental accommodation, Holiday Rental Centre recommends that all renters agree in writing direct with the owner all booking details prior to travelling. When travelling, ensure you take with you the contact details of the property owner or property managers and the address of where you are staying.
