How to register

Placing your property advert is as easy as following the 3 simple steps below:

1) Create a User Name and Password

2) Log in to your secure owner admin area

3) Upload your Property details, photos and experience all the features we have to offer

To create an Owner Account - simply check our Price Plan and then Register Here

Completing your property details online

Click on Advertise and open up an owner account.

Each owner creates a unique user name and password which enables you to then gain access to your owner secure admin area. From there, you can upload text and photos, manage your booking enquiries and purchase other features we have to offer.

Features available to property owners are set out below.

You will find our prices are very competitive, excellent value for money and specifically designed for the serious property owner looking to maximise their booking potential, whilst minimising their marketing costs.

Paying for your advertising

Before any payment can be made, you must firstly select your Main Property Advertising Plan (either 6 or 12 months). Then, once you have chosen your plan, you can pay for this AND other additional features such as Golf or Ski listings. Payment for the advertising subscription and other features purchased can be made securely at any time. Our preferred and quickest method of payment is made using Paypal which is already set up in the owners secure admin area and easy to follow. Alternatively, you can choose to pay by cheque and post it to the invoice address.

Personal website link

If you have your own personal website, you can display a link which appears on the your HRC property profile (Subject to Approval and Payment of Current Advertising Subscription).

Photos

You can upload unlimited photos which appear as scrolling images

Availability Calendar

You will be provided with an easy-to-use calendar so you and your customers can keep track of your bookings

SMS Text Alerts - direct to your mobile

At times you may not be able to access your PC so you may wish to take advantage of our SMS texting service. A brief message will be sent from the enquirer, via HRC, direct to your mobile phone. This will enable you to respond quickly in order to secure a potential booking. SMS alerts are available free of charge during the trial period.

Featured Property

At owners requests we feature different properties at the top of the HRC Homepage, for a period of 1 month. These properties appear in a very prominent position. If you are an owner and would like to be included, please select this option from our Price Plan

Special Offers Listing

This is a searchable section used by holidaymakers to promote or discount any unused weeks for a period of 2 weeks in the Special Offers / Late Availability Listings. Owners can purchase this item from the Price Plan.

Golf Listing

For those whose property is situated reasonably close to a golf course can choose to be included in a direct searchable listing. If you would like your property to be displayed in the golf search listing, you will need to purchase 'Golf' from the Price Plan.

Ski Listing

For those whose property is situated reasonably close to a ski resort can choose to be included in a direct searchable listing. If you would like your property to be displayed in the Ski search listing, you will need to purchase 'Ski' from the Price Plan.

Special Interest Listing

For those whose property is near to, equipped for or who organise any such specific activity and who wish to be included in a searchable listing.

Disabled Access Listing

For those whose property has genuinely suitable access and is specifically equipped in and around the property. If your property is suitable for disabled or infirmed holidaymakers the owner will provide relevant information in their property details page and the property will be located in the Disabled Search Listings.

Owners with multiple properties

Booking Management Tool

This is a great way to keep track of your on-line enquiries and bookings. This option is currently under development and will be available soon.

Receiving booking enquiries

Enquiries are sent by the holidaymaker by completing a simple online form which is then sent to the owner via e-mail. The owner can also display their contact phone number on the property details page and let holidaymakers contact them directly. Owners can also select to receive enquiries as SMS Text Alerts direct to their mobile phone.

Statistics Monitoring

As an owner, you will be able to monitor through your secure admin area, the number of people who have viewed your property details page.

Your position in the results listing

In order to give every property a fair advertising position, we randomly rotate the properties listed on a daily basis. This applies to all search facilities including golf, skiing,scuba Diving, Horse Riding and Special Offers etc.
