Description of Holiday Villa

Completed in 2004, the villa benefits from a light & luxurious interior, fully air conditioned & comprising of a spacious & contemporary living room, with fireplace & double aspect windows opening onto the pool terrace. Facilities include TV, DVD, CD, PlayStation2, & varied selection of movies, music & games. The fully fitted & equipped open plan kitchen diner will cater for all needs & also opens onto the pool terrace & gardens. The master & second bedrooms are on the cooler lower floor, are tastefully furnished & open onto the sunken courtyard. The third mezzanine bedroom may also be used as additional living space & accesses the roof terrace. The main bathroom is modern, bright & stylish with a large walk in shower & an additional WC / washroom is on the upper floor.
With unbroken Summer sunshine, the villa has a enviable array of outside space. The filtered pool is in a generous lawned garden, with citrus & olive trees & local plants & the large verandah & pool terrace has both open & part covered pergolas for sun or shade. There is a traditional Greek barbecue & all facilities etc. The sunken stone courtyard offers quiet relaxation or dining in tranquil surroundings while the roof terrace may suit devout sun worshippers. All have quality furnishings that complement the style of the villa. There is also a designated car parking space.

Golf Facilities

Afandou Golf Club is an 18 hole, par 72 semi - links course located about 25 - 30 mins drive away. Part of the couse is adjacent to picturesque Afandou beach before meandering inland towards the olive groves. They offer reasonable green fees, club hire, tuition etc & have all the usual 19th hole facilities.

Beaches / Coast

Lindos (1.5km) is the jewel in the island's crown & as such a warm welcome is assured for all visitors to the golden sandy beaches of Lindos Bay & Pallas beach. Warm, crystal clear sea & excellent facilities make both very popular. St Pauls Bay (1.5km), a spectacular natural cove popular for weddings nestles below the Acropolis & the tranquil St Nicolas (Navarone) Bay (700m) lies adjacent dominated by the famous cliffs. Within 5 mins drive are also found numerous other beaches at Pefkos, Kalathos, Vlicha Bay & Lardos. Further South at Prassonissi the Aegean meets the Med in spectacular fashion. All are within easy reach & offer variable levels of watersports, facilities & diversity.
