Booking Procedure
Your weeks can be provisionally booked for up to 7 days. Unless I receive your confirmation and 20% deposit within that time the weeks will be put back on the market. Unfortunatey I have to make a refundable bond charge of £100, which will be returned after I receive confirmation frommy Management Company that there were no breakages or similar to my villa. Balance of holiday is due approximately 6 weeks before your holiday. The keys to the villa will be waiting for you in a lock box at my villa, combination number will be given to you on receipt of full payments. There is a welcome pack available, which includes a small charge for service, at £20 which has basics such as bread, coffee, milk, eggs, butter, tea, sugar etc. There is already a supply of toilet tissues, soap, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent etc.

There are plenty of towels and linen. Pool/Beach towels are also provided. Naturally villa is cleaned beforehand. If extra cleaning/maid service required, there would be an extra charge and it would have to be cleared with the Management Company beforehand. |

Villa is about five minutes away from Supermarkets, Banks, Drug Stores, and Takeaways. Disney attractions about 10/15 minutes along the Osceola Parkway. |
