The Villa has five bedrooms, the master bedroom has king size, large bathroom with sunken spa bath, his and hers sinks, separate toilet and large walk-in wardrobe. Policies Check-In is at 3PM, Check-Out is at 11AM Entry is by keyless security sysytem, so no need to waste time picking up and dropping off keys, just drive straight there. There is a £300 Refundable Security Deposit The property is a Non-Smoking House although smoking is permitted outside on covered patio areas and gardens Deposits A £300.00 security deposit is payable and this is refundable within 14-21 days after check out. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Refunds In the event of cancellation the following charges will be made: With more than 30 days notice 50% will be refundable: between 7 and 29 days notice 25% will be refundable: with less than 7 days notice of a cancellation no refund will be given

Property Exterior The villa is set in a gorgeous corner plot, secluded from its neighbours and offers a large lawn with exquisite landscaping including palm and fruit trees. Take a cooling swim in your private pool relax under the large lanai (20’x 10 covered porch). Exercise you culinary skills on the gas barbeque and enjoy outdoor dining. There is ample parking available in the villa’s driveway and three car garage. Additional Features The villa features full home water softening system, a full home security system and a keypad entry system which means no worries about collecting or dropping off keys for the property. The pass code can also be set to a number of your choosing to make it easier for you and your party to remember. |

The beautiful spacious Villa is located within approx 1 mile of a large shopping area with a Wal-Mart and lots of other stores.Taxis are easy to book to take you to the strip. |

The 5 Bedroom, single storey villa is situated in the north west of Las Vegas and is just one mile from the 95 freeway which will take you to the Las Vegas Strip and McCarran Airport in around 20 minutes. |

Las Vegas is Americas’ playground and is famous for its gambling and casino’s. What’s probably less well known is the host of other attractions that the city and its surrounding areas offer for the whole family. There are numerous golf courses within a short distance. Outside the city, the magnificent Grand Canyon, Lake Meade and Hoover Dam are all a short drive away and offer a host of activities from hiking to canoeing, off road driving to jet skiing.
