The Apartment is within a few minutes drive to a number of top golf courses including Meadow Springs Golf & Country Club which offers “golf as nature intended” a unique experience through open bushland. The course winds its way through undulating terrain, the layout dictated by the natural features of the land including kangaroos!

Mandurah itself is a holiday destination where the Aussies go. The beaches are superb for surfing, beach and sea fishing, or just to chill and relax; it also has lots of restaurants, cafes and entertainments which overlook the foreshore and estuary, where the dolphins are seen daily. There are many tourist attractions locally and it is an ideal base for whatever you want to do. It is 50 mins easy drive to Perth City centre, 35 mins to Fremantle, 20 mins to Rockingham and good for touring Bunbury and the Margaret River areas.
