Description of Holiday Apartment

The apartment is based just one block away from the Port, beach, resteraunts and much more.
The apartment as 1 bedroom with king size bed and ample wardrobe and draw space. The kitchen as built in oven/hob, fridge with small freezer draw a.d table to seat 4 people and utility with washer, iron / ironing board and drying area.
The bathroom has bath with over shower, toilet, sink and bedt. The lounge as 2 double osfa beds, tv unit with tv and dvd player, computer desk and french doors out onto the balcony with views to the right over the mountains.

Golf Facilities

The apartment has good access to excelent golfcourses. The Alcanada couse is only a few minutes drive away and the Port Polenca is only a 20 minutes drive away.
There are other golf courses on the island but these two are the closest.

Beaches / Coast

The beautiful soft sandy beach is just 1 minutes walk from the apartment and is very child friendly and very clean.

Special Interest

Mountain walks and cycling is very popular in Mallorca and Alcudia is an ideal base.

Location of Holiday Apartment

The apartment is in the Port of Alcudia, only a minute's walk to the beach. All amenetities (bars, restaurants, shops etc) are close by. An ideal family holiday location.

Palma airport is about a 40 minutes drive. Excellent road and public tranport links to all parts of the Island.
