A newly built two bedroom air conditioned townhouse situated in a quiet location on a private exclusive development in the centre of Costa Caleta. 5 mins walk from a sandy beach. 2 mins walk from the main centre with a huge variety of restaurants, bars and shops. 5 mins drive from the PGA Golf Course and 300 yards from one of the best fishing spots on the Island. The property is arranged over two floors and overlooks the communal pool and landscaped gardens. The town of Costa Caleta (also known as Caleta de Fuste) is perfectly positioned in the middle of the island, and therefore is only a 5 minute taxi transfer from the airport.
It is a particularly friendly town and caters extremely well for families and couples alike. There is a multitude of good restaurants in Caleta that can cater for all tastes at very reasonable prices. Steaks and Fish are particularly good, however there are also Chinese, Indian, Greek and English restaurants all within a close area.
There are also a number of good supermarkets within the local area. The town of Caleta is often reffered to as a holiday village.The man made beach has been carefully constructed to avoid currents and is in the shape of a horse shoe. This ensures it is perfectly safe for children of all ages. Those wanting to be a little more adventurous can go diving, hire jet skis or learn to windsurf at the water centre on the beach.
