Casa Mariposa is a beautifully furnished, well equipped holiday villa with everything you need to enjoy a family holiday in the sun including your own private heated spa on the terrace. ... Full Property Description
Casa Mariposa has three bedrooms - two king size and one twin, one full bathroom and one shower room with WC and basin. It has a lovely spacious lounge with TV, DVD player and hi fi and has a large dining table in the bay window. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses for 6 guests. In addition, there is an automatic washing machine and sink for rinsing out swimming costumes etc in the utility area at the back of the house. Outside, there is a huge terace with your own private, heated spa. We have also provided table and chairs for 6, sunloungers with cushions, a BBQ and parasols. Guests are also able to use the pool at a neighbouring holiday complex. At the front of the property there is an off street car parking space. [Hide Description]

Booking Procedure
A £50 deposit secures your booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks before travel. In addition, a refundable breakages deposit of £100 is charged at this time. You will be met at the airport by one of our property managers who will take you to the villa in a private car transfer (free of charge) and give you the keys. Return transport can also be arranged - payable locally.

Let Types: Short-term
Most holidays begin on Wednesdays but we are completely flexible. Check in time is 4.00 pm: check out time is 10.00 am but again we are completely flexible and will let you stay in the villa as long as possible before you return to the airport if we do not have a booking coming in that day.

Casa Mariposa is in a quiet residential area, but has shops, restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes walk. The main resort is approximately ten minutes walk away where there is a wide selection of restaurants, shops and access to the sandy beach. There is a taxi rank in the resort or you could use the mini-train to bring you back home after a day in the sunshine. |

| Beaches |
Fuerteventura is famous for its clean, sandy beaches. The nearest is about 10 minutes walk away, with others within 20 minutes walk. There are many more wonderful beaches on the island - if you hire a car you will be spoilt for choice. |
| Golf |
At present Caleta de Fuste has one Championship 18 hole golf course, just a short drive from Casa Mariposa. Others are planned in the near future. We can arrange private car transport to the course if required. |

The villa is located just a couple of minutes walk from the nearest bars, restaurants and shops. The main resort of Caleta is about a 10 minute walk away. Our guests can make use of the communal swimming pools in a holiday complex just a few yards away. |
