Description of Holiday Apartment

Double bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobe. Bedside lamps and ceiling fan. TV. Bathroom has vanity unit, WC, bidet and bath with shower. Kitchen with washing machine, electric oven and hob, toastee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, pots, utensils. Lounge is bright and spacious. Four seater settee that converts to two sofa beds. Two arm chairs. TV with DVD player and a selection of DVDs. Coffee table. Large balcony has patio table with four chairs and two sun loungers. Views from balcony are magnificent. Complex has quiet policy between 11pm and 8am. Communal pool which is heated during the winter months. Pool bar serves food. There are Mexican, English, Italian, Chinese and Canarian restaurants and shops within 200 yards of the complex. It is a 15 minute walk to the narrow streets of the old fishing village that grew into the now thriving tourist resort. These narrow streets have a multitude of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. A taxi is quicker and costs about 3 euros. A further 5 minutes takes you to the harbour and beaches. Boat trips from the harbour go whale watching and fishing. Waterspouts are available. There is a paved walkway from Los Cristianos through Las Americas and beyond alongside the beach. Again it is lined with bars and restaurants. Lots of outlets sell day trips to the dolphin and parrot parks and the National Park El Teide. El Teide is the highest peak in Spain and a cable car takes you to the cafe at the summit which is often covered in snow, despite the temperature at the bottom. The Las Americas Golf course can be seen from the balcony and is about a five minute taxi ride away. The course itself is quite challenging and includes water features. The Heights is a modern complex and the lifts etc are in excellent working order. The complex does not offer entertainment bar the pool bar, but the surrounding time share developments have entertainment daily and are always glad to see you. 20 minute 20 euro taxi from Sofia Sur Airport

Closest is Las Americas which is a good test of golf and has water features. About a 5 minute taxi ride.
