Description of Holiday Apartment

This newly built luxury 2 bedroom fully air conditioned apartment which sleeps 5 has been furnished to the highest standards, it is located in the Universal area of Kato, Paphos.

The apartment is on a new small complex of 8, with its own roof terrace, furnished with table, 6 chairs, parasol, sun loungers and a gas BBQ. Just chill out and relax while you are taking in the extensive sea and mountain views.

The apartment comprises of a living room with leather suite and dining seating for six this area leads onto a large balcony that is furnished with table and chairs.
There are vertical blinds throughout the apartment, the luxury fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, under counter refrigerator and freezer, microwave, oven grill with finger touch control, coffee maker toaster and kettle for you to enjoy your breakfast and meals at the breakfast bar.

The bedrooms consist of a double and twin with fitted wardrobes and dressing tables, the master bedroom leads onto the balcony, there is a fold-a-way bed that sleeps one. The fully tiled luxury bathroom comprises of bath, shower, WC and a wash basin.

Additional features of the apartment include satellite TV, DVD and CD player iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and free standing fans. Linen is provided but not beach towels, cot is also available payable locally. There is a communal swimming pool with toilets, showers and changing rooms, we have also provided poolside loungers for our guests. The pool is for exclusive use of Tulipa court guest residents.

Golf Facilities

GOLFING IN PAPHOS - Paphos is the new jewel in the crown for golfers seeking golfing breaks in the warmth of the eastern Mediterranean. It offers golfers challenging world-class championship courses, top quality hotels, safety, warm hospitality and almost year round sunshine. There are currently three golf courses within a short drive of Paphos.

These are Aphrodite Hills Golf Club, Secret Valley Golf Club and Tsada Golf club.

SCUBA DIVING - Paphos makes a great destination for divers and we recommend leading dive centre Cydive. Cydive has been established in Paphos for over 25 years and was the first dive centre in Cyprus to achieve PADI IDC five-star accreditation.
Cydive offer a wide range of dives, training courses and packages including diving for children. They visit over 50 dive sites throughout the year and at any one time they have 24 unique sites in their fortnightly timetable.
Cyprus is a good place to learn to dive with some basic sites on offer, as well as progression onto the simple wrecks then onto the more adventurous wreck, cave and tunnel and night dives. Most dive sites are only a few minutes boat journey and there are a number of shore dives available. The Zenobia is one of the best wreck dives in the world and the wreck is worth a trip to Cyprus for alone. There are also sites where artefacts such as Roman pottery can be found on the seabed.
