Golf Facilities

Opened in October 2002 and situated close to Aphrodite's rock, this unique golf course overlooks the turquoise Mediterranean sea. The magnificent 18 hole championship golfing centre piece was designed by the famous Spanish born American Cabell Robinson. A superb 580 acre site, set 300 metres above sea level on 2 panoramic plateauxs divided by a deep ravine offers great views of the surrounding countryside and nature reserve.
The course has a mix of cunningly positioned bunkers with large tiered greens, generous, wide and meticulously manicured fairways. As one of Europe's toughest new courses, with five sets of tee positions for every hole it offers a challenge for even the best players. Hole three requires a 223 meter carry across the ravine, whilst the par three signature hole seven sits at the bottom of the gorge, requiring a dramatic buggy ride down. Due to the terrain and shear scale of the course, buggies are compulsory. All but a few holes have spectacular sea views.
