Description of Holiday Villa
Living room: The open plan living area consists of a Lounge/Diner and kitchen area Separated by a breakfast bar. The whole is comfortably furnished to the needs of 6 adults. The Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dish washer, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster and all the essential utensils, cutlery and crockery. For your entertainment a TV set, DVD player and Music System including CD and Tape player are provided. Also on the ground floor(2 Storey villas) is a double bedded Master bedroom with en Suit shower, WC and washbasin. There is ample wardrobe space available
Bedrooms: There are 2 further twin bedded rooms with ample wardrobe space (upstairs in the two storey villas) with bathroom between. This bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and washbasin.
This development of 4 x 2 storey and 4 x Single storey villas was completed in 2005. All villas have 3 bedrooms with the master bedrooms being en suite. The villas are air conditioned ( available for an additional charge of C£2.50per unit per day payable locally). In the 2 storey villas the master bedroom is on the ground floor which makes all 8 villas suitable for travelers with mobility problems whether through age or infirmity. Each villa has its own generous sized garden including lawns making ideal and safe play areas for the children. All villas have private 8m x 4m swimming pools with ample patio furniture including sun beds supplied. Car parking Space is available.
A Welcome pack containing all the basic needs is provided so you will not have to find a supermarket immediately upon arrival. 24 hour assistance is available throughout your stay. Dick and Ian all of whom have lived in Cyprus for over 10 years. Our aim is to provide the assistance you need to make your holiday memorable for only the right reasons! Check in time is from 14:30 on the day of arrival and the apartment must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure.
Golf Facilities
For the golfer there are 3 superb 18 hole courses within easy reach. Tsada a twenty minute drive away, Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley 40 minutes drive along the coast towards Limassol the main port of Cyprus. Booking a golfing holiday outside the peak season means that we are able to arrange special deals for you including a free round of golf per person. Beaches / Coast
The wonderful beaches of Coral Bay are nearby and within easy traveling range of are some of the most interesting and scenic areas in Cyprus. The nearest beach is at St Georges which is a 5 minute walk away
