Description of Holiday Townhouse

Ground Floor: The spacious open plan Lounge / Diner is furnished with comfortable lounge seating plus a dining table and 4 chairs. Entertainment is catered for by a TV & DVD Player (bring your favourite DVDs with you). Off the lounge/diner is a downstairs cloakroom with hand basin & WC. The compact kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer and washing machine plus all the essential utensils, cutlery and crockery.

First Floor: The main bedroom has a balcony and is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom has twin beds and there is a bathroom with bath/shower, hand basin & WC on this floor. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and moderate use is included in the price
All the properties on this select development are located round the communal pool giving all of them a pool view to the front. The large 11 X 5m pool is surrounded by a paved area and gardens with sun-loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs supplied making it a very desirable facility indeed. Car parking space is provided.
The house is fully air conditioned and moderate use of this facility is included in your rental. This beautiful property is fully equipped with all you need to make your holiday comfortable and full of happy memories. Bed Linen and towels are provided but you will need to bring your own beach towels with you. Extra beds, cots, high chairs, buggies etc are all available at a small extra charge. Let us know what you need when booking and your specific needs will be catered for before your arrival.

A Welcome pack containing all the basic necessities is provided; so you will not need to find a supermarket immediately upon arrival. 24 hour assistance is available throughout your stay.

Check in time is from 14:30 on the day of arrival and the house must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure. Whenever flight times are awkward we will do our best to assist in every way possible. All of our guests are VIPs!!

Golf Facilities

For the golfer there are 3 superb 18 hole courses within easy reach. Tsada a twenty minute drive away, Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley 40 minutes drive along the coast towards Limassol the main port of Cyprus. Booking a golfing holiday outside the peak season means that we are able to arrange special deals for you including a free round of golf per person. Within short walking distance are a large variety of restaurants, cocktail bars, pubs, tavernas and shops. Kato Paphos even boasts a Starbucks Coffee shop in addition to almost all of the international fast food outlets and their local counterparts. It is a World Heritage site and a veritable ‘Pandora’s Box’ for anyone with an interest in history. Among the many archeological sites the most famous are the mosaics located in the House of Dionysus and the remains of two other smaller Roman Villas located within the Archeological Park behind Paphos Harbour. Within the same area are an amphitheatre, The Ancient Odeon, and many other historic sites. This combination of Ancient and Modern makes Kato Paphos a uniquely interesting area for tourists of all tastes.

This delightful 2 Bedroom Town House is situated on a small select development very close to Kato Paphos. The nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes away. The location is quiet and peaceful yet less than a 10 minute stroll from the seafront, harbour, shops, restaurants and the many attractions of the Kato Paphos tourist area. The Old Town and its bustling market, best visited on Saturday when local villagers come to the market place with their home grown produce for sale, are less than 2.5km from the property
