Description of Holiday Villa
Villa Erricos is newly built and is situated in a Calm & Superrb area in the picturesque village of Pegia (Coral bay area) in Cyprus. It is built on the slope of hill, providing breathtaking views of Mediterranean Sea. This villa has it's own individual private pool. Also the villa is completely newly furnished and includes all indoor & outdoor furniture and provides every comfort for a memorable family holiday. Also a welcome Pack is provide. The villa is only 200 meters from the centre of Peyia Village where you find shops, local tavernas and only in 3km away is the wonderful sandy beach of Coral Bay, the main sandy beach of Paphos, and Bars& Tavernas. Villa Corkyra is within access to many historical sites, tourist attractions, Golf courses, Water sports facilities, Water Park, National Park of Akamas with Avacas Gorge Bird park and lots more!!! Pegeia is a village with is beautiful stone-paved village square & picturesque fountains. Life here is about as traditional as it gets!!!
The villa has an area of approximately 145m². The villa has its own swimming pool (approx. 4m x 8m) which is accompanied with sun loungers, a barbecue site and all the equipment required.
Villa Erricos is fully furnished with an open plan lounge, dining room, living room including television with satellite TV channels and fully fitted kitchen which includes oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
The Bedrooms: Beds for six people + Baby Cot are available in three separate rooms respectively. The master bedroom features an en-suite deluxe bathroom. Each of the two other bedrooms have their own en-suite shower. All rooms include sufficient wardrobe space and are fully air-conditioned (cool + heat). The A/C is extra charge and it is 3 CYP per unit per day.

Beaches / Coast
The villa is ideally situated a mere 4 minute drive not only from the best beach in Paphos, but one of the most beautiful beaches on the entire island, Coral Bay. It boasts sandy shores and crystal clear waters and is a winner of a blue flag. Not only can you have a wonderful time swimming but there are also several other activities to keep you busy such as water sports.
You may also want to take up cycling or even walking while taking in the beautiful scenery, enjoy a game of golf or a romantic dinner out. There are also many local boat cruises that are fun for all the family. Never a dull moment when there are so many wonderful things to experience.
Special Interest
The town of Pafos is just 10-15 minutes drive away.Kato Pafos with its picturesgue fishing harbour,fort and archaeological treasures(Archaeological Park, The Tomds of the Kings,Mosaics) are the main tourist area. In 10 minutes drive north brings you to the beatiful Akamas Peninsula(National Park), a very quiet and unspoiled area which is ideal for walking, fishinng, relaxing, bird and wildlife watching.
