Bedrooms

1 double bedroom and two twin bedrooms sleep 6 in comfort. For larger parties there are two double sofa beds in the lounge, so potentially 10 people could sleep in the house,but we generally suggest not more than 8 because of the amount of seating. (Two armchairs + the sofas = soft seating for 8)

Bathrooms

Main bathroom on first floor with bath, shower over, basin with marble surround, toilet.
Plus downstairs toilet, shower & basin. Water is solar heated (with immersion for winter). Showers are both powerful.

Reception Rooms

The lounge/dining room is very spacious. There are 6 dining chairs round the table, but the table extends to accommodate 8 people easily and there are four more chairs in the bedrooms which could be used, plus 18 garden chairs. There are two three seater settees and two armchairs.

The kitchen has granite worktops and is separate from the lounge/dining area. It is very well equipped, plenty of crockery/pans/utensils. There's no tumble drier, but in Cyprus you are unlikely to need one. There's a folding drier with pegs, an ironing board and iron.

We have a selection of DVDs (list on request) and a few books. We are building up our collection gradually.
TV channels available include BBC1, 2, 3, 4 & 5, ITV, BBC News 24, Sky News, Sky 3, Men & Motors etc.

2 patios, a small balcony and a private roof terrace allow you to follow the sun or sit in the shade as you choose.
The are private garden areas to the front side and rear of the property.

Pool Details

The shared pool is equipped with sunloungers and parasols for the use of guests, and there are toilets and showers by the pool (concealed down a flight of steps.) The area ia attractively planted.

Free air-con in all bedrooms and the lounge/dining area. Units double up as heaters. The house is cleaned and the beds made up ready for your arrival (except the sofa beds). We provide bath and hand towels but ask you to bring your own beach towels. Cot, high chair & stair gate hire possible.

A spacious house well-suited to families or to groups of friends sharing.
The stairs are unsuitable for people with mobility problems, unless they were happy to use the sofa bed in the lounge and the downstairs toilet and shower.

Cleaning Services / Towels and Linen

Bath towels and bed linen are changed weekly. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.
The property is cleaned weekly, but for two week stays this is optional (small reduction in price if not required.)

Extra Notes on Accommodation

On our property there are three outside tables, with chairs and a parasol. There are four sun loungers on the roof terrace, as well as the shared ones in the pool area.
There's outside lighting and private off-road parking for one car. (Also shared parking spaces for a second car).
