Bedrooms
The 1st floor has three bedrooms. The double with 4ft6 bedstead, two built in cupboards, bedside drawers and dressing table. The twin with 2 x 3ft beds built in cupboard and beside drawers. The single room has dressing table, hanging space and a 2ft6 single bed. All have mirrors.
Bathrooms
The bathroom has toilet, bath with electric shower over and wash basin. Towels are provided at no extra charge.
Reception Rooms
The lounge takes up the whole of the 2nd floor. Furnishings include: 2 large sofas which convert to accommodate 2 extra guests, a wide screen television and DVD, coffee table and nest of tables, storage chest for bedding, storage unit with a selection of games and children’s DVD’s.
Kitchen Facilities
Oven, Fridge, Microwave, 4-Ring Hob, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Grill, Table & Chairs,The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, microwave, fridge with 4* icebox, and washer dryer. All pots, pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery are provided as well as incidental items such as bin bags, washing up liquids and cloths. The dining area has seating for 7 persons plus high chair on request.
Entertainment
TV, CD Player, DVD Player,Terrestrial TV, Radio, CD System, Board Games. DVD player. But thats only if you want to stay in. There is regular live entertainment in the villiage in the taverns and pubs.
Outside Facilities
Parking is on street in the local area or in car parks in the villiage centre. Unusually for old Mevagissey there is free non-reservable parking directly outside in the road. There is no garden.
