2 bedroom accommodation situated in quiet cul-de-sac five minutes walk from beach and the centre of the seaside town of Ronce les Bains, with all its amenities, bars, restaurants, shops, sailing school, tennis, horse riding, market, cinema, post office, tourist office, newsagents, wine caves, beauty salon and fun fair (in the height of season). Five Minutes walk to local beach, which has a very gentle slope. LOCATION IS GREAT FOR FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN AND FOR TEENAGERS TOO. LOTS TO DO FOR EVERYONE. There is a cycle route opposite the property which takes you through the forest along the coast to some more superb sandy beaches, some have supervised swimming for children and others are more suitable for surfers.Bikes can be hired 3 minutes walk from the property and are the best way to get around. There are many places to visit and activities to do, a zoo, an aquarium, quad bikes, horse riding, golf, tennis, sailing school, boat trips, jet ski hire, wine tasting, and many places with historical interest. La Rochelle is 30 minutes drive north, Royan is 20 minutes drive south and the Isle d'Oleron is 10 minutes.

The property has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin and a double sofa bed in the lounge. It has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, washing machine, and cooker. A bathroom with shower and bidet and separate WC. There is an enclosed garden with patio furniture and barbecue. TV and DVD player are provided and DVD's can be rented per night. Cots/highchairs/bedlinen/toys/pushchairs(single or double) all provided at no extra cost. A wheelchair is also available if required. Bedlinen, towels, iron and ironing board are also provided.

Pets are welcome. There is also a baby sitting service available.

Nearest airports are La Rochelle and Bordeaux. Saturday change over in the height of season, also available are mid week and weekend bookings. Long or short term rental all year round is available.

Beaches / Coast

Five minutes easy flat walk to the beach at Ronce les Bains. Many superb sandy beaches within easy bike ride, or a drive will take you to the beaches all down the coast from Ronce les Bains towards La Palmyre, Royan, St Palais sur Mer. Or if you prefer a 10 minute drive to the Isle d'Oleron which also has many superb long sandy beaches.

Disabled Access

The 2 bedroom accommodation is situated on the ground floor and has easy access for wheelchairs. All rooms are on one level and there are no stairs. A car can be driven within a few feet of the property if needed for easier access. A wheelchair is available upon request. It is an easy flat walk to the beach and seaside town with all its amenities and there are no hills making it suitable for a wheelchair.

The beach at Ronce les Bains is five minutes walk from the property and has a safe and gently coast suitable for children. A gentle bike ride will take you to further superb sandy beaches some with supervised swimming for children and other beaches for those who prefer surfing. There is a forest which runs along the coast and this provides a splendid cycle track which will take you down the coast to find more superb beaches and eventually into La Palmyre.
