This charming two-bedroom apartment, with Cable TV, is in the Musiciens area, one of the best parts of Nice, a short walk from the world famous Hotel Negresco. Cafes, markets and shops are all close by. The beach and the Promenade des Anglais are 10 minutes walk. The station is also under 10 minutes walk. The apartment is on the fifth floor, with lift and stretches the width of the building. Total space is over 80 square meters. French doors at front and rear give a breeze through the flat. The apartment is spacious and the total area is over 80 square meters. There are two double bedrooms and the apartment can sleep up to six people. LOCATION & AREA
The flat is equal distant from the main railway station and the sea. Being between the station, main shops and the beach means you don't need a car - everywhere is just a stroll! Around the corner from the apartment is an excellent restaurant, a specialist food market and tea rooms with oh-so tempting chocolates. Those early morning croissants are just two minutes away. There's a children's park a block away and the local Rialto Cinema shows the latest movies - in English, if your French isn't quite what it should be. One of the best ways to see the glory of the Riviera coastline is from the train - the station is under 10 minutes walk away. Go east to Italy - west to Cannes ... sometimes decisions are just so difficult.
Directions to Holiday Apartment
The airport is a fifteen minute bus ride away. The cost is 4 Euros, which includes bus travel for the whole day. The bus stops at the Negresco hotel or the station - a ten minute walk to the flat - or if you have heavy luggage, you may prefer a taxi.
