Description of Holiday House

In a lovely setting, with two tennis courts, fishing lake, and covered swimming pool. The house in Augignac is in the north of the Dordogne, 5 kms from the small town of Nontron in an area of lush countryside, forests, lakes, small vineyards, and farms, an area that is largely unspoilt where driving is a pleasure.
We have a lake stocked with mainly carp, two tennis courts, 6m x 12 m covered swimming pool, two boules courts, table tennis, badminton and swings for the children, all set in its own grounds of 6 acres.
There is much to see and do in the area; endless enchanting places to walk or cycle, exploring local grottos and finding tucked away villages. There are lakes for swimming and boating, and fascinating museums and sights throughout the region. Brantôme, 20 kms south of here, known as the Venice of the Perigord, is an attractive town on the Dronne river that has a variety of shops, bars and restaurants where you can eat at reasonable prices.
The house has 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people in two double bedrooms and one long bedroom with four single beds. The frontroom has a TV and dining area. The kitchen has dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine etc. The garden has its own patio area with garden furniture and barbecue.
