This large four bedroomed farmhouse is an ideal holiday spot for all. Bordering the regions of Normandy and western Loire it can easily be reached from Caen, St Malo and Cherbourg, Tours and Dinard.
All amenities are only 5 minutes away at either Villaines la Juhel or Bais where you can find supermarkets, sports facilities, bars and restaurants.
The large farmhouse is exceptionally furnished and fully equipped for all your holiday needs. It is centrally heated and has 2 open fires as well.
The large KITCHEN / DINER is equipped with a KITCHEN area fully fitted traditional oak cupboards, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery.
The DINING area has a large French oak table with oak bench seats, an open fire, a settee and stereo.
The LOUNGE is very comfortable with 3 large settees, TV, DVD player, BBC TV channels and an open fire.
The SHOWER-ROOM leads off the kitchen with a large walk in shower and hand basin.
The UTILITY ROOM consists of washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and freezer.
There are 3 DOUBLE BEDROOMS (1 with toilet and hand basin).

There are sufficient grounds to enjoy the local nature and for children to release their energy.
The out of ground pool (10m x 5m) is completely enclosed (French safety laws) and is available for guests to use between the months of May to September free of charge.

LOCAL PLACES TO VISIT
LAVAL the capital of the Mayenne region. Visit either the old part of the town or the more modern, with its chic shops and numerous restaurants. Nearby is a 27-hole golf course for those budding golfers!
MAYENNE this pretty town has its own Chateau on the bank of the river Mayenne. For the more energetic it is possible to take a trip down the river in either a kayak or a canoe.
LE MANS world famous for its 24-hour race. There are motor racing museums to visit, plenty of brocante’s and of course the town of Le Mans itself.
PARIS 1 hour direct train from Le Mans. Watch the world go by enjoying a crisp glassy of bubbly outside a street café.

The airports of Tours and Dinard are within 2 hours drive of the property - Ryanair offer "bardgain" flights to these airports from the UK.
