Bousoulas Apartments, owned and managed by Vasilis Bouras and his English wife Ann, are set in a pleasant residential area of Aghios Nikolaos but just a two-minute stroll brings you to the town centre.
The building overlooks the marina and sports facilities with 3 main beaches nearby including the Municipal Beach where there is a children's swimming pool, mini golf and water sport facilities.
The famous Almyros sandy beach is within walking distance too with its own full size swimming pool and bar.
There are 4 spacious apartments for 2-4 persons and 6 studios for 2 persons, attainable by lift and stairs. All rooms have balconies with a sea view, cooking facilities, refrigerator, private bathroom and air-conditioning. For extra convenience, all rooms have a direct dial telephone and safety deposit box.
Beaches / Coast
Agios Nikolaos has many small beaches around the town -10 in all. We overlook one and are within 15 Minute walking distance of the famous long sandy Almyros Beach

Agios Nikolaos offers a relaxing time for everyone but there are plenty of bars, discos etc for the youngsters coming in the height of the season.

Agios Nikolaos is 65 kilometres from Hraklion airport - there is a regular bus service passing the airport and takes 1 hour 30 minutes to Agio Nikolaos. Otherwise a taxi costs from 50 Euros.
