Description of Holiday House
Private house with swimming pool and pool house. Located across the street from miles of sandy beach. Walk to anything you need.
The main living accommodation is the upper floor of a 2 story home with ocean and territorial views including Haleakala. The house has 2 bedrooms. The master has a king bed and the second has twins. Two additional people may be accommodated on a queen hide-a-bed in the library area.
The main living area is open and contains a kitchen, dining room, living room and library. Decks face the ocean and Haleakala. You can sit on the deck with your moring coffee and watch the sun rise over Haleakala and set over the ocean in the afternoon.
A private pool house overlooks the swimming pool and conatins a studio kitchen, bath and an L-shaped area with a double bed, bunks and a double hide-a-bed.
The home is fully equipped and a resident manager is on site.
Golf Facilities
There is a golf course about one half mile upcountry. Wailea and it's world class courses are 4 miles. Maui has many world class golf courses and they are all nearby.
Beaches / Coast
There is a sandy beach across a quiet residential street. It is only 100 yards. The beach is sandy and you can walk for miles. More active beaches that folks visit for the day are withing walking or driving distance. The beach across the street is quiet and residential.
Special Interest
You can walk to scuba, snorkeling, wind surfing, surfing just across the street. You can also arrange for fishing expeditions and other water adventures nearby.
Further Details
You can walk to groceries, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Drive 4 miles to Wailea and it's nightlife and restaurants. Lahaina and Kaanapali are about 15 miles.
