Delightful apartment sized 56 smq., ideally located in the heart of Florence for visiting the historical centre, close to the station of Santa Maria Novella.  It is situated in a beautiful typical quiet street at the ground floor of a XIX sec. building. 
In few minutes from the apartment you can easily reach all the most important monuments by foot. The famous San Lorenzo Market, with his typical Florentine atmosphere is very close.
The apartment is made up of: a living-room with a double bed divan, a well equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bath with shower/bath and a store-room.
The bedroom, the living-room and the kitchen open to a private nice courtyard (40 sqm) furnished with garden plants and where it is possible to eat open air and relax.
The atmosphere is very cosy and the furniture is finished with care.
The apartment is equipped with independent heating , television, washing machine, iron, garden table and chairs. It has been recently fully restored.

The European University can be reached in 15 minutes by bus. The "Fortezza da Basso" centre of exposure can be reached by foot.
