Description of Holiday Villa
Sevilla Villa is a stunning villa overlooking a golf course and the sea, built in a horseshoe shape around a large oval swimming pool.Sevilla Villa opens out onto the 17th fairway of Runaway Bay Golf and Country Club offering a magnificent 18-hole championship course.
Our residential area has it’s own private beach only 10 minutes walk from the villa, where you can stretch out and enjoy a cool drink in the sun by the sea, or rest under the shade of the almond trees.

The villa grounds are beautifully landscaped with tropical plants such as bougainvillea, poinsettia, hibiscus and aloe vera. Our residential area has it’s own private quiet sandy beach only 10 minutes walk from the villa, where you can enjoy a pleasant cool drink in the shade of the almond trees.
The villa will sleep ten adults /children, is very private and secluded, and experienced staff are available to cater to your every need without intruding on your holiday.The villa has recently been redecorated and refurbished artistically reflecting the Jamaican colours.
Within the villa grounds situated to the rear of the villa is an independent staff house overlooking the main gate/entrance and private courtyard. Our resident caretaker is responsible for pool maintenance, security and villa and garden maintenance.
Upon your arrival the staff will prepare an evening meal for you and prepare breakfast the following morning. After the first night diner at the villa is optional and available, guests will be required to pay extra (J$1000) for the cook and provide the necessary ingredients. We also have a resident driver available upon request with access to a car or mini bus.
Within a short distance of the villa, you can find an assortment of recreational activities including golf, tennis, horse back riding, polo and scuba diving.
Golf Facilities
The back gate of Sevilla Villa opens out onto the 17th fairway of Runaway Golf Course. This course has hosted many championship events, including the Jamaica Open and the World Cup of Golf Qualifier. Legendary for its breathtaking views of the Caribbean and notoriously fast greens, many have tried, but few have truly conquered this course. Built in 1960 by British Naval Commander J. Harris, Par 72; 6,870 yards, slope rating of 124.

Horse Riding Facilities
We can organize your riding holiday, horses will come to the villa to pick you up and take you on a tour of Runaway Bay, including a walk along the beach in the sea!!!! Please enquire for more information
Beaches / Coast
Only ten minutes walk from the villa is Runaway Bay and your own private residents sandy beach where you can stretch out and enjoy a cool drink in the sun by the sea, or rest under the shade of the almond trees. This is a white sandy beach next to the inviting turquoise blue color of the sea.

Runaway Bay is a small, idyllic community near to such famed attractions as Dunn’s River Falls, Fern Gully, Green Grotto Caves, Cranbrook Flower Forest and Carinosa Gardens. Within a short distance of the villa, you can find an assortment of recreational activities including golf, tennis, horse back riding, polo, scuba diving and various water sports

Further Details
One of the most stunning sights in Jamaica is Dunn’s River Falls, a crystal water stairway leading to nearby botanical gardens. Two of the most popular tours available are to working plantations at Brimmer Hall and Prospect where sugar, bananas and spices are still grown and harvested, using many of the traditional skills handed down through generations. Another tour is the Jamaica Night on the White River, a canoe ride up the torchlight river to the sound of drums. Dolphin Cove is definitely not your ordinary beach retreat. The attraction does have plenty of sand and water, but the real draw for visitors is the opportunity to swim with the dolphins.
