Description of Holiday Villa

This newly constructed villa with an infinity pool is situated in Frigate Bay, St.Kitts. Two of the best beaches, the golf course and the capital Basseterre are within walking distance from the villa. This popular location makes visiting all the sights and good restaurants the island has to offer very easy. The neighbouring island, Nevis, is a short boat ride away.

The island, which is near Antigua, has yet to be discovered by the majority of travellers to the Caribbean and offers an unspoilt tropical beauty, rich in culture and history dating back to the 17th century. Your holiday experiences can range from playing golf, biking, snorkelling or scuba diving, to hiking the volcano, walking in the rainforest or just relaxing on one of the many beaches. You may prefer to spend your days by the pool (or on your balcony) taking in the view that we can guarantee you will never get tired of! Visiting Villa Vista is truly an escape to paradise. Rental at Villa Vista gives you 3 choices with option of an impressive one or two bedroom executive apartment on the top floor of the large villa sleeping up to 6 people, or a one small bedroom apartment on the ground floor that sleeps up to 4 people. It is owned and was built by its British owner who now spends most of the year in England. It is very much a home filled with antiques and fine furniture.
The elegant master bedroom has a large bathroom with his and hers washbasin and cabinet. The bed is Queen size and there is a dressing table and chairs, ceiling fan and air conditioning and two mirror door wardrobes.

The smaller second bedroom has a double bed, bed side table, air conditioning, ceiling fan and has a separate powder/shower room.

In addition to your spacious and private balcony there is ample decking area and sun loungers around the infinity swimming pool.

Golf Facilities

Visitors to St. Kitts have the privilege of playing at the St. Kitts Royal Golf Club, the Tom McBroom-designed 18-hole championship golf course. Scuba Facilities

Scuba Diving in St.Kitts, offers exceptional dive sites for the novice and experienced diver. These include wrecks, reefs, walls and caves. St Kitts has healthy reefs and marine life that includes rays, barracuda, garden eels, nurse sharks, sea turtles, sea fans, giant barrel sponges and black coral. St.Kitts offers magnificent dive spots in its crystal-clear waters with more than 50 dive sites in the area. More than 400 undiscovered wrecks surround the island, as well as pristine coral reefs and a myriad of colourful marine life. St.Kitts law forbids unsupervised diving but the local dive operators are certified, knowledgeable and will assist you in safe and pleasant diving.

Beaches / Coast

St. Kitts has got many unspoilt and secluded white sandy beaches with calm clear waters on the Caribbean side and more tempestuous on the Atlantic side. This unique combination makes these beaches ideal for all kinds of water sports such as water skiing, sailing, canoeing etc. Why not visit just one of the many beaches, Turtle Beach here on St. Kitts and also Pinney's Beach over on Nevis.

Surfing and windsurfing is most favoured on the rougher Atlantic side. On the north part of the island you will find the black volcanic beaches. As all the beaches are so quiet they only offer the most basic of facilities. However, on most, sun beds and umbrellas are available at a small charge and local food and rum punches are a must. The beaches are surrounded by coral reefs making swimming and snorkelling a real pleasure.

Special Interest

St. Kitts Railway offers visitors one of the most beautiful train rides in the world. Built between 1912 and 1926 to deliver sugar cane from the fields to the sugar mill in the capital city of Basseterre, the railway now provides a fascinating way to see the entire nation from the comfort of luxurious railcars built specifically for touring the island of St. Kitts. It takes its visitors around the island following the original tracks of the Sugar Train, via old plantation homes and some spectacular scenery.
