Description of Holiday Villa

Casa Branca is situated in an elevated position overlooking countryside, a castle and distant sea views, it is a Moorish style villa with Moorish domes in lounge and dining room, the lounge leads onto the Jaccuzi terrace which overlooks the pool, barbeque and grounds. There is a bar, courtyard, there are seven large ornate terraces, two barbeques, superb grounds with rockeries, tropical plants, trees, orchard, walls and paths, all lit for outdoor living. The pool and Jaccuzi ane solar heated and lit for nightime use. There is a fifty tree orchard with various fruits, lychee, custard apples, figs, nectarines, nespers and many others. There is a play area for children with a large safety net. Inside the villa there are three large bedrooms - The Master with ensuite has a Kingsize bed, patio doors leading directly to the pool, it also has a corridor of wardrobes with safe. The second bedroom has two double beds in, patio doors leading to the pool, built in wardrobes, marble, mirrored vantiy area. The third bedroom has a Kingsize bed, built in wardrobes and patio doors leading to the pool terraces. There is a large laundry room with tumble dryer and washing machine and ironing facilities. The property has satellite television, broadband connections, and airconditioning, real fires. The villa is very expensively furnished with Italian hand painted furniture. Every part of the villa and grounds hold unique features. It is set in an area which is only one mile from the nearest village which has some of the best restaurants in the Algarve. It is also within easy access to Algarve Shopping which is only fifteen minutes drive away. Forty minutes from the Airpor, forty minutes from Montchique. There are many local areas of interest, Paderne castle with its ruins and history, wildlife, river, and many good walks, mountain biking, hiking, horse riding and many other outdoor pursuits..

Further Details

The village of Paderne is a friendly local village with many amenities "corner shop", chemist, gift shops, hairdressers, several restaurants and bars post office, historical church, and many more..

A little further afield are the beaches, water parks, golf, nature parks, Montchique and Marinas to name a few of the outstanding places which the Algarve has. A car is necessary.

Location of Holiday Villa

Our villa is situated approximately 15 minutes from the Old Town of Albufeira in the beautiful countryside near a village called Paderne. We are a short drive from places of interest such as Paderne Castle (this is also a short walk away), The Moorish village of Alte and a twenty minute drive from Vilamoura. The area of Paderne is a very pretty place with many historical places of interest and beautiful walks around the unspoilt countryside. We are in a good central location for all amenities but private enough to totally relax and enjoy life in our own grounds which are private, beautiful and entertaining.
