The apartment has double glazed windows which are screened with mosquito nettings. Taht way the windows can be left open and ensure an lovely breeze coming from the sea in the summer. in the winter these double glazed windows ensure that the heat stays inside. The fireplace is backed up with marble heaters in each room which ensure a warm and cozy place to stay in after a walk along the beach.

Cleaning Services / Towels and Linen

Towles and linens are provided and changed once a week. Beach towels are not included. The porperty can be cleaned once a week against an extra charge of GBP 30 per week. Cleaning equipment is being provided in the apartment. The final cleaning of the apartment is being charged with GBP 30.

Extra Notes on Accommodation

Prices are for the property per week for 4 people in UK pounds.
Accommodates a maximum of 4 persons. A baby cot can also be supplied upon request at an additional charge of £20 per week.The price includes all extra cost like Electricity, Gas, Water, weekly change of Linen and towels. The final cleaning is charged with an additional £30.
Long lets during the winter months are possible and will cost £ 350. Extra charge for utilities. Final cleaning and laundry £100. Damage Deposit of £200 for long lets, which will be returned upon leaving the apartment.

A Welcome food and drink pack, consisting of : bread, butter, milk, cheese, eggs, wine, juice, sweets, nuts and fresh vegetable. for an additional charge of £30 (2 person) and £40 (4 person) can be provided on your arrival if so requested. A Damage Deposit of £ 150 is requested upon your arrival.Changeover day: preferably Saturday or upon request
