There is three colourful clean bedrooms,all clean linen is provided,1 room faces out front two face out back,all have great views,each room as wardrobes and dressers,there is net curtains,curtains and shutter blinds in each.

the bathroom has a bath/shower/ and toilet,hot & cold water,bathroom cabinet,towels and t/rolls provided

Reception Rooms

There is hallway with table of all leaflets,of local attractions,the large front room is very homly,with 3 piece suite,tv,video,dvd,sterio,lighting,heater,fan,cds,books,games. Also there is a dining table to seat 6.there is a door of that leads to balcony with table/chairs.

The kitchen,is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay. The owners will provide you with a few essentials to eat on your arrivel,ie bread,butter,eggs,milk cheese, etc.t,towels provided

There is a balcony attached to the apartment,and with owners permission,you can use,if available,there is a barbeque in the garden.
The Apartment is in a safe location and there is a street light outside and also a light outside the front door.

Pool Details

Sorry there is no pool attached to the house and apartment,but later plans are to attach one.there is excellent pool parks and river beachs near by.the nearest swimming pool is 5 minutes drive, lousa as two outside pools.

Most facilities are provided,but if there is a special request for something the owner will try to provide.
There is no air conditioning but 2 portable electric fans are provided for your use.

This is a fantastic location for all countryside activities,endless things to do,lots of leaflets to say where places are.
The owners live on the ground floor, but the apartment is very self contained and private.

smoking is allowed on the balcony only,thanks,very quiet relaxing place,for all ages,but would not recommend for lots of very young chilren.all ages have stayed,and each really enjoyed.

We base the price on 4 sharing, all gas and electric is paid for. there are no hidden extras, so please feel free to email if you have any enquiries or special needs you may want.
Portugal Manderlay sleeps up to six people and is available for rent on a weekly basis.
Self Catering Price is very reasonably priced, discounts for children and full tenancy of six people. This includes all electricity and gas, linen and towels.
