Description of Holiday House
Aviemore House is a luxury new build house situated within the Rothiemurchus Estate and just a short walk from the centre of Aviemore; a picturesque town in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. The house is positioned at the foot of the Cairngorm Mountains on the Cairngorm Ski Road, making it an ideal base for skiing, snowboarding, walking, golf, fishing and other outdoor activities.
Set in a cul-de-sac within a woodland clearing this detached house has ensuite facilities within each of the five large bedrooms which are designed to accommodate ten adults very comfortably, however, where there are family groups we can cater for up to fourteen people. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds and the two others have twin beds. There are also four single guest beds and a cot available by arrangement. With underfloor heating, mechanical ventilation, Italian floor tiles, solid oak floors and modern high quality furniture and fittings this is truly the location for that luxury vacation.
The ground floor contains the lounge a large kitchen/dining area, a sunroom, one of the twin bedrooms, and the utility area which comprises of a utility room, a drying room and a toilet. The first floor contains the three double bedrooms and one of the twin bedrooms. The largest first floor bedroom has sole access to a large balcony which overlooks the rear garden and the adjacent woodland.
The Property
There is substantial off-road parking to the front and to one side of the house which can readily accommodate ten vehicles. The table tennis equipment is located in the detached garage which also has a toilet accessible from the garden area as well as from inside the garage. To the front of the house are two verandah areas where guests can sit in the shade on warm summer evenings. The decking sweeps around the house which creates numerous areas for alfresco dining or just enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

Directions to Holiday House
Aviemore is well served by Rail, on the main route north to Inverness from London. Daytime direct services from London on the east coast mainline stop at Aviemore, whilst the overnight sleeper from London Euston on the west coast mainline also stops at Aviemore - you can leave London in the evening, have a meal on the train, and a good night's sleep, to awake next morning to breakfast, before you leave the train ready for the first day of your holiday. Apart from these direct services, there are many trains from Glasgow and Edinburgh, connecting with services from further south. Inverness Airport is now served by two airlines direct from London - Easyjet, from Luton and British Regional Airlines, from Gatwick, as well as services from Glasgow and Edinburgh, and on to the Western and Northern Isles. Inverness Airport is around one hour's driv
