Description of Holiday House
Situated at the north end of Aviemore, with views to the new Aviemore Championship golf course, this three bedroom luxury house is only a few minutes walk from the Dalfaber Golf and Country Club. We are close to the ski slopes of the Cairngorms, the watersports at Loch Morlich, the country pursuits at the Rothiemurchus Estate and within 45 minutes of Inverness airport.
There are three bedrooms , two doubles and one twin, although the two doubles can readily convert into twins when required. One bedroom has ensuite facilities. We have two additional high quality fold-up beds, with additional mattresses to ensure maximum comfort, which can be utilised whenever there are groups larger than six.
Massive 40 foot long lounge area with Junckers flooring, concealed lighting, Italian leather sofas, entertainment centre, and plenty of room for additional guests. Sky TV, DVD, CD player, an additional TV and DVD and a games console, draughts, chess, backgammon, and a selection of board games, ensures that your group will be entertained throughout their stay.
The facilities include a fridge freezer, drinks cooler, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and tumble drier.

Aviemore is well served by Rail, on the main route north to Inverness from London. Daytime direct services from London on the east coast mainline stop at Aviemore, whilst the overnight sleeper from London Euston on the west coast mainline also stops at Aviemore - you can leave London in the evening, have a meal on the train, and a good night's sleep, to awake next morning to breakfast, before you leave the train ready for the first day of your holiday. Apart from these direct services, there are many trains from Glasgow and Edinburgh, connecting with services from further south.
