Bedrooms
THere are two bedrooms with super king-size double beds which can be unzipped to create a twin set-up. There is one twin room. We have two (or more) additional single beds which can be placed in whichever locations the clients determine are appropriate.
Bathrooms
One bedroom has an ensuite facility which has a bath and shoer over. There is also a bathroom which has a bath and a separate cubicle shower.
Reception Rooms
The reception room covers the entire area of the first floor. This room has a large L-shaped Italian leather couch located at the TV end of the room. There is also a bar and beer cooler within easy reach of the couch. A games table which has integral chess and Backgammon boards is located at the opposite end of the room which also has a couch and leather tub chairs for relaxing in. There is set of bookshelves with a selection of books, board games, and DVDs.
Kitchen Facilities
Oven, Fridge, Microwave, Freezer, 4-Ring Hob, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Grill, Table & Chairs,A welll equiped kitchen with all the appliances required oto make your stay enjoyable. There is also a utility room adjacent to the kitchen for washing and drying clothes.

TV, CD Player, DVD Player, Satellite TV,With a 21st century entertainment centre, Sky TV, DVD, CD player, an additional TV and DVD and a games console, draughts, chess, backgammon, and a selection of board games, we ensure that your group will be entertained throughout their stay.

Parking, Patio Area, Barbeque, Garden Furniture, Outdoor Lighting,A patio area set up for barbeque cooking and a bench table to seat the household and with views to the new golf course this is the best way to enjoy outdoor eating.
