The ground floor contains one of the twin bedrooms. The first floor contains the three double bedrooms and one of the twin bedrooms. The largest first floor bedroom has sole access to a large balcony which overlooks the rear garden and the adjacent woodland. Additional fold up beds can be supplied.

Bathrooms

The master bedroom has a bathroom with both shower cubicle and bath, three bedrooms have showewr rooms, and the downstairs bedroom has a bathroom with a bath with shower over. There is an additional downstairs cloakroom and a further toilet in the garage.

Reception Rooms

There is a large lounge with Sky TV, DVD/video and music centre; a sunroom with sofa, armchair, chess table and table football; a dining area which readily seats 14.
