Bedrooms
There are 3 delightful bedrooms all made up with fresh white bedlinen. There is a double room, a twin room with single futon bed and a single room. A travel cot and highchair are also available (please bring your own linen for cot).

The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a 3 piece suite.
Reception Rooms
The cottage has a cosy lounge with wood burning stove . It has 2 sofa's and a TV/DVD player. A selection of games have been left for your entertainment.
Kitchen Facilities
Oven, Fridge, Microwave, Freezer, 4-Ring Hob, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Grill, Table & Chairs,The kitchen has a large table to accomodate up to 6 people. It has all the facilities you should need including a microwave, fridge and washing machine. There is ample crockery, cutlery and glassware and plenty of pots and pans. The tumble dryer and freezer are located in an out building.

Patio Area, Barbeque,The elevated garden/patio area provide a relaxed seating area where you can admire the sea view. You may even be lucky enough to catch sight of a dolphin in the bay. You can park you car at the harbour only a minutes walk away.
Pool Details
There is no pool, but as the cottage is only a short way from the sea wall, a low tide will give access to the beach and marine life in the rockpools.

Cleaning Services / Towels and Linen
The cottage is cleaned on a saturday between lets but a weekly clean is provided for stays in excess of one week. Towels and bedlinen are provided for use in the cottage only.
