The Penthouse is an extremely spacious apartment situated within the port of Sotogrande and is a 1 hour drive from Malaga airport and only 20 minutes' from Marbella, Puerto Banus and Gibraltar Airport.

There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin rooms (all with air-con), 2 ensuite bathrooms plus another bathroom and shower room. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast and dining area, laundry room and large lounge area with TV, DVD, CD player and study area. The apartment also has 2 balconies that take in the breathtaking views of the sea and the beautiful Andalucian countryside.

The beach is 50 metres away, with quality restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops and banks all within walking distance. The local amenities include numerous golf courses (The world famous Valderrama course included), beach clubs, kids clubs, tennis courts, padel courts, polo, watersports, including a sailing school and much more. They are all within a 10 minutes' drive. Between December and April, skiing is also available with the magnificent snow capped mountains of the Sierra Nevada only a 3 hour drive away.
