A beautiful penthouse (90m2 or 965 ft2), located in a small exclusive passage between Las Ramblas and Plaza Real. Both street entrances are locked every night to assure the safety of the residents. The building itself is a modernist work of art, recently renovated, and has a porter.
The apartment is beautifully furnished and fully equipped. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a bathroom, and a spacious living room furnished with two sofa-beds and a dining table for eight people. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and another bathroom.
