Description of Holiday Villa
Positioned in a quiet picturesque area on the hills of the Cumbre del sol between Moraira and Javea, this detached villa has lovely mountain and coastal views. The villa is south facing enjoying full sun all day long. The accomodation is all on one level making it ideal for the elderly of infirm. The terrace and swimming pool are accessed directly from the french doors, and again all on the same level.
Facilities: within walking distance there is a bank, an excellent supermarket selling practically everything, a good pharmacy, tapas bar, restaurant with a large swimming pool, a small childrens play area, plus a private beach close to villa with beach bar. Nearby is the Javea golf course, horse riding, bowling, and go-karting.
Accomodation: All on one level. One double and one twin plus extra fold away bed, and travel cot if needed. Bedrooms have ceiling fans, and a safety deposit box. Bathroom with shower cubicle. Comfortable lounge with satellite TV, video and CD. (With plenty of video tapes to view) Fully fitted kitchen. Washing machine. The villa is situated on a hillside on the Cumbre del Sol which is located in a typically Spanish village called Benitachell. The popular resorts of Moraira and Javea are set either side of it. Moraira a small pretty fishing village with a marina, a beach, shops and restaurants, a local market and more. Javea is much larger with three different parts to it. The old town is mainly used by the locals, with a beautiful church, shops and local market. The port side which has boat trips to local areas, a cobble beach, restaurants and shops. The beach side which is a holiday resort, mainly for the tourists and has everything including a large sandy beach and lots of shops.
Golf Facilities
Javea Golf Course is less than a 10 minute drive, being just on the outskirts of Benitachell.
La Sella Golf Course is between Javea Old Town and Denia, and there are other golf courses in the neighbouring areas. Further information can be supplied.
Beaches / Coast
There is a private beach close to villa with a beach bar. In nearby Javea, the beach side of the holiday resort, is mainly for the tourists and has everything including a large, safe,sandy beach and lots of shops and all day restaurants to choose from. easy parking most times. Pretty Moraira, a few kilometers away, also has a good safe beach close to the town and shops with plenty of parking close by.
Disabled Access
Acces to the villa is via six wide steps with a good banister rail for the infirm. The accomodation is then all on one level making it ideal for the elderly of infirm. The terrace and swimming pool are accessed directly from the french doors, and again all on the same level. The villa is also south facing, enjoying full sun all day long.

The position of the villa on "LA Cumbre del Sol" provides an ideal holiday base, set between the excellent resorts or Moraira and Javea. A short drive away are some other well know resorts such as, Calpe, Denia or the bright lights of Benidorm. A visit to Benidorm is a must if you like Theme Parks (Terra mitica, Aqualandia, Mundamar) shops and nightlife.
