Description of Holiday Apartment

This two bedroomed apartment is front line to the Segura river with beautiful views down the river and out over open countryside to the mountains in the distance.Situated just 5 minutes walk into the splendid town of Guardamar and 15 minutes walk to the wonderful country park sand dunes and Blue Flag beaches.The whole area is a protected conservation area and has an aboundance of wildlife. The marina is just a 15 minute stroll down the road alongside the river which also takes you to the country park.
The Apartment: The apartment has two bedrooms one with a double bed and bedside cabinets with lamps and a built in wardrobe. The other has 2 single beds a bedside cabinet with lamp and a double wardrobe. The lounge is tastefully furnished and is very comfortable.In the lounge there is a dinning area with table and four chairs, a sideboard with a large selection of books also a Hi Fi unit with a good selection of CDs , a comfortable settee and two armchairs, coffee table and satellite TV giving you 30 channels with all your home stations and SKY Sports etc.There is a DVD player and a good selection of films. Sliding patio windows open up onto the balcony which has patio table and 4 chairs.The kitchen is beautifully fitted to include fridge/freezer, cooker with hobb and built in oven,washing machine and a microwave oven,deep fryer, kettle and toaster also an electric coffee maker.

Outside is the swimming pool and sunbathing area there is also sunbathing on the rooftop solarium.A few minutes walk takes you into the pine forest where you can walk through to the sand dunes and beach in about 12 minutes.The road alongside the river opposite the apartment takes you on a beautiful walk down to the marina and on to the sand dunes and beach.The wildlife all down the river is in aboundance and the scenery is breathtaking.The walk into the beautiful town of Guardamar takes 5 minutes.In town you will find shops bars and restuarants to suit all your requirements.
