“Ty Hafod”, a 2 bedroom ground floor terraced bungalow on the pleasant urbanisation of La Siesta, fully furnished with hot and cold air conditioning and sky TV.
Situated next to the Torrevieja salt lake and natural park land. Close to local amenities, (restaurants, bars, corner shops), on the main bus route, with the popular Flamingo Aqua Park within walking distance (5-10 mins.). Close to El Chaparel and St. Luis urbanisations with additional restaurants, bars and shops - the bus visits both urbanisations within 5 minutes.During high season, most bars have their own entertainment, anything from karaoke, disco music to entertainers and groups.

Golf Facilities

For golf enthusiasts, Torrevieja has four golf courses within a short drive from this property and further south is the famous La Manga Golf complex.
The typical Mediterranean climate ensures the best conditions almost all year round.
In Orihuela: Ramblas de Orihuela, Real Club de Golf Campoamor and Clube de Golf Villamartin. There is also the La Marquesa Club de Golf at Rojales. All of these can be reached within 25-30 minutes by car.
There are many golf courses in the North of Alicante, including: Javea, Bonalba, Don Cayo in Altea, Ifach in Benisa and La Sella in Denia.

Beaches / Coast

Being a coastal town, there are many beaches to chose from, all reached within a 15-20 minute car ride.
These include: Los Locos, La Mata, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and many more. During the summer the town hall puts a large activity float out at Los Locos beach, which is a personal favourite of my 11 year old son! Great for snorkelling enthusiasts also.

Ideal for people who like it quiet or people who like a bit of life! The property is close enough to acitivities, bars, and restaurants to walk to, 5 minutes, but peaceful if you prefer to stay put and make your own entertainment.
