Description of Holiday Villa
Casa de Carolina is a superb Meditteraneo style three-bedroom villa set in a perfect location overlooking a beautiful park. The property boasts its own swimming pool with outside shower, patio, spacious lounge, individual kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Being south facing it benefits from all day sunshine.
All three bedrooms are double size and have fitted wardrobes finished in oak. The double bedroom on the ground floor has its own bathroom and is ideal for persons who cannot climb stairs. The master bedroom has a private sun terrace overlooking a tranquil park, a perfect place to relax and enjoy breakfast or a drink. There is a also a roof terrace, which has views of the coast and hills.
The kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances and is finished in oak with marble worktops. The lounge has an open fireplace and is tastefully decorated feauring a lounge suite, coffee table, television, playstation and dining suite. The villa has a video entry system, security shutters, valuables safe and off road parking.
One Hundred Metres to the front of Torre de la Horadada are the Blue Flag Beaches of Playa Mil Palmeras, Playa del Rio, Playa del Gato, Playa de los Jesuítas-Cala Rincón, Playa del Conde o del Cuartel, Playa del Puerto, Playa de las Villas, Playa de las Higuericas and Playa del Mojón. Torre de la Horadada and its sister town Pilar de la Horadada have a number of pleasant bars and restaurants to suit every taste, serving every dish imaginable from International cuisine to simple local delicacies. Two of the most popular areas for eating and drinking are the Latino quarter and ‘La Torre’ square, both of which are within five minutes walking distance of the Villa.
Golf Facilities
Torre de La Horadada and its surroundings are a paradise for golf players. There are several world famous championship golf courses, such as Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor, La Marquesa, La Finca and notably La Manga, all within a ten-minute drive. The excellent standard of these courses is proven by frequent visits of The King of Spain. All courses are challenging in their own way, some park like, others with plenty of hazards and those devilish gorges that are typical to golf courses in Spain.
Each course is championship length (18 holes), and are less crowded than the ones at Costa del Sol. At Costa Blanca every golfer is sure to find the course of his or her dreams. Even at this moment several new golf courses are being built.
The green fees and equipment hire for each course is very reasonable with the recommendation that scheduled rounds are booked in advance. Course maps, prices and guides are available on request from the property owners.
Beaches / Coast

Each of these unspoilt beaches are large and wide, have parking and shower facilities, water sports, safety bathing signs and best of all - tapas bars.
Special Interest
Club Nautico is the home of water sports in Torre de la Horadada. The club has a private harbour, where mooring points can be leased at reasonable rates (maximum draft 3.5m). The Club offers vessel hire, equipment hire and lessons in every discipline of water sports from snorkelling to amateur sea faring.
The nearby towns of Torrevieja, San Pedro del Pinatar and Cabo Roig feature harbours each of which offer additional mooring facilities (maximum draft 9m). Many of the beaches in the area have water sports facilities, including jet ski, wind surfing, snorkelling and sub aqua schools.
Disabled Access
The twin bedroom on the ground floor, which is serviced by the downstairs bathroom, is ideal for disables or older persons who are not inclined to climb the stairs. The downstairs bedroom, bathroom, dining room, lounge and kitchen are all on one level.
Further Details
There are two water parks within the Costa Blanca region. Benidorm offers Aqualandia and Torrevieja offers Aquapolis. The Aquapolis Water Park is within a ten-minute drive of the Torre de la Horadada whereas Aqualandia is a fifty-minute drive.
Terra Mitica is a brand new Costa Blanca theme park that opened in July 2000. The park is located in the outskirts of Benidorm, which is a forty-five minute drive from Torre de La Horadada. The park is owned and run by Paramount and is suitable for ages of 10 and over.
The park is divided into five sections each having a historical theme from ancient Greece through to the Roman Empire. There are two rides that are popular in the park – a wooden roller coaster and a water ride (be warned riders get very wet). The entrance fee for the park is approximately 40 euros for adults and 20 for children.
Location of Holiday Villa
The Spanish Costa Blanca (White Coast) extends along the south-eastern section of the Mediterranean coast. The Coast is made up of two clearly differentiated scenic sectors. To the North, a curtain of mountains runs parallel to the sea, descending at times to form cliffs; to the South, a vast plain of sand patches, palm trees and salt deposits make up the backdrop for the beaches.

Torre de la Horadada is located 30 minutes south of the city of Alicante and lies nestled between 7 award winning Blue Flag Beaches and 4 world famous Championship Golf Courses.
The bustling towns of Pilar de la Horadada and Torrevieja are within a few minutes drive of Torre de la Horadada. Both are major commerce centres featuring an abundance of banks, shops, bars, restaurants, nightclubs and sports centres.
