Description of Holiday Apartment

This new apartment has 2 double bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen, seperate utility room, lounge/diner, large sunny bathroom, balcony with sea views and a private roof terrace reached by spiral staircase and having fabulous views of the Island of tabarca and as far north as the city of Alicante.It is air-conditioned and has sat TV.Next to the apartment is a large communal pool.

The property is just a 5 minute walk from one of the best 'Blue Flag' beaches on the southern Costa Blanca with over 5kms of powdery white sand.The water is gently shelving so completely safe for all the family.

The apartment is simply but tastefully furnished and you will find everything in it to make your holiday as comfortable as possible. We supply all bed linen and towels. There are even sun chairs for you to take to the pool or beach and beach towels are provided.

This apartment is not suitable for the Disabled, being on the second floor without an elevator .

Beaches / Coast

Blue Flag Beach is just a short stroll away. The beach is long and sandy so even in peak periods you can always find a quiet spot.It stretches some 5kms in length from Santa Pola to Guardamar. At the far end of the beach you will find a Naturist area.

Further Details

The small town of La marina is just a 5 minute drive away and has a number retaurants and bars. There is also a supermarket, bakery, butchers, hairdressers, pharmacy and a number of banks.Nightlife is low key, however the City of Alicante is a mere 30 mins drive and Benidorm can be reached in around an hour for those of you looking for late night venues.

The property is on a new development with a mixture of Villas and Apartment just a stones throw from the beach and surrounded by salt lakes where large flocks of Flamingoes live. The area is also well known for bird watching.
