Bright and spacious one bedoom apartment one the first floor in the beautiful "Pueblo Latino" quarter of Torre de la Horadada, which won a european design award when it was built in the late 80s. The superb "Pueblo Latino Plaza, with its many bars, restauants and shops is just 50 metres away.The apartment is well equipped, and has a bedroom with twin beds, large bathroom with bath, shower and bidet, superb kitchen and longe with dining area. There is a sofa bed in the lounge to sleep two. Outside is a spacious terrace, with patio furniture and above the apartment is a private rooftop solarium, with fantastic views across the rooftops of Torre to the sea, which is only 300 metres away. The communal swimming pool is open all year round.

There are three well known golf courses within a few minutes drive, Villa Martin, Campoamor and Las Ramlas.

Beaches / Coast

The nearest beach is approximately 300 metres away, with the beach of Mil Palmeras a few minutes walk to the left and the main beaches of Torre de la Horadada and the lovely marina a short stroll to the right.
