Description of Holiday Apartment

Located a 30 minute drive from alicante and 15 minutes from murcia airports.This two twin bedroomed apartment can sleep up to 6. The spacious apartment is on the first floor and has a floor area of 80m2. The lounge has been tastefully decorated in neutral shades and comprises of a large good quality sofa bed, chairs table ,english sky tv and patio doors leading on to the balcony. The balcony has a bistro table and chairs for al fresco dining along with four sun loungers and barbacue.The kitchen consists of everthing you would expect washing machine/ fridge/freezer/oven/hob/microwave etc. The back bedroom overlooks the sea it has lots of storage space and built in wardrobes.The front bedroom again has twin beds and overlooks the balcony both rooms have ceiling fans to keep you cool .The bathroom has a bath shower toilet and bidet. Maid service can be provided at your requested times all linen and towels(excluding beach) are provided.The apartment is surrounded by communial pools and tropical gardens that are free to use. a nearby supermarket within a 3 minute walk should be open at the end of june. there are lots of commercial centers nearby with restaunts and bars such as los Dolcis, Villa martin , Caba Roig and Le Zenia.

The apartment is not practical for disabled people as it has one flight of stairs.

Golf Facilities

We are centrally located within a 5 minute drive are the championship golf couses of Los Rambles.Campoarmor and Villa martin. There are lots more within a short drive(if you stay 10 nights you can play a different course every day)

Beaches / Coast

The area has lots of blue flag beaches. la zenia is a white sandy blue flag beach that you can walk to in 20minutes. there is a closer blue flag beach at Campoarmor(with beach and snack bars).pictures of the beaches can be easily found on the internet.

The aparment is close to Mar menor with it,s "micro climate". large conservation areas and salt lake plains( where you can see Flamingo birds). lake and sea fishing, horse riding, golf, and bueatiful beaches.
