Description of Holiday Villa

This south-east facing 2 bedroom property has a large rooftop solarium with sea view.

The living/dining room which comprises 3 seater sofa, rocking chair, wooden coffee table, wall unit, sideboard, 2 side tables, 2 table lamps, pictures, large mirror, ceiling fan light, dining table and 4 chairs. The window, with curtains, looks out onto the front of the property. For entertainment there is a television with DVD player and CD player built into it (combination TV).

The fully tiled kitchen with wooden units and marble worktop. There is a fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, saucepans, cutlery, crockery and glasses.

The glass door to the side of the kitchen leads out into the galleria area with washing machine and hot water heater.

The main bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside tables with drawers, fitted wardrobe, hangers, 2 bedside lamps, chest of drawers (inside wardrobe), picture, floor standing fan, 5 pillows. The window, with curtains, looks out onto the front of the property.

The main bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, shower curtain, toilet, bidet, sink, vanity unit, mirror, bin, rubber bath mat, towel rail, towel ring.

The second bedroom which has 2 single beds, 1 bedside table with drawer, lamp, fitted wardrobe with hangers, picture, 4 pillows, floor standing fan, chest of drawers (inside wardrobe).

The property is cleaned prior to your arrival and bed linen and towels (not beach pool towels) are provided.

The villa is suitable for families, couples, golfers and elderly. There is one step leading from the road to the pathway and a step into the property.

Pets are not allowed, the villa is non-smoking, smoking permitted outside only.

Golf Facilities

Golf courses are approximately 10-15 min drive. There are 4 courses; Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor and La Finca (at Algorfa).

Beaches / Coast

Punta Prima beach would be about a 20 minute walk.

There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the villa; La Mata, Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras, many offering water sports during the summer months.

There is bus service to Torrevieja which is hourly. During July and August there is an hourly bus service to the local beaches.

Special Interest

The town of Torrevieja is a 10 min drive. The area also has a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park, there is horse-riding and jet skiing (summer only) at Campoamor and go-karting on the N332 near Playa Flamenca, all within a 10 min drive.
