The property features 3 bedrooms (one upper double with balcony to the front and sea views, one ground floor twin and one upper bedroom with adult bunk beds and balcony). The balconies have seated areas. It has two bathrooms one upper with full size bath and one on the ground floor complete with shower cubicle.
The front door leads directly into a very spacious living room complete with pull out sofa beds, cable TV, dvd/video, Sony PS2 and cd/cassete/radio. The dining room forms part of the living room with pull out table and seating for 8.
It has a separate kitchen with hob, oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave and cooking utensils. The rear of the property enjoys a secluded area for private dining/ bathing with outside shower area and has a small utility complete with washing machine, clothes line and outside sink basin.
The property also offers off road parking, has hot & cold air conditioning, fans in all rooms and is alarmed.
The property has use of a large gated communal swimming pool with childrens area. There are also 4 mountain bikes available for use with this property.
