This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom private villa with swimming pool is set in its own landscaped gardens together with BBQ area, off road parking and solarium. The villa is furnished to a very high standard and has hot and cold air conditioning to the living area and all the bedrooms.
With this property you will receive a free food hamper consisting of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, baguettes, butter, orange juice, water, toilet rolls, ham, cheese, white wine , 4 pack of beer.
You enter the property to find a large hallway. There is a large living/dining area with English TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, CD player, PS2 with games. There are patio doors leading to the garden and pool area. There is a large well equipped fitted kitchen consisting of freezer/fridge, grill, hob, oven, washing machine and microwave. There is a terrace via the kitchen with table and chairs. There are 2 twin bedrooms on the ground floor both with fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 1 is very spacious and has a large en-suite consisting of w/c, shower with bath, bidet and basin. This bedroom has views of the garden and pool area. The other twin bedroom on the ground floor also has fitted wardrobes with views of the mountains.
There is a ground floor bathroom fitted with a shower cubicle, w/c, bidet and wash basin.
The stairs lead via patio doors to the solarium. There is a further bathroom which has a bath/shower, w/c, bidet and wash basin. The third bedroom has fitted wardrobes a window with views of the mountains and patio doors leading to the solarium with garden furniture.
Beaches / Coast
Just a few minutes walk away are the beaches of the Mar Menor, with warm shallow waters, making it safe for children, and ideal for all types of water sports.

5 mins walk along the beach from Playa Honda are a couple of bars and restaurants, small supermarket and Farmacia. Los Bolones is a village about a 5 mins drive away where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. 20 min easy stroll to the la manga strip where there are plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc.
The La Manga Club is a short drive away, providing championship golf courses, tennis & excellent spa facilities.
