There is a balcony from the bedroom to the front of the house There is 1 shower room on the ground floor and one bathroom upstairs. There is a comfortable lounge which has English TV and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs available. The rear of the property enjoys a secluded area for private dining/ bathing with outside shower area and has a small utility complete with washing machine, clothes line and outside sink basin and a gas BBQ. Garden furniture is available to the front and rear of the property The separate fully equipped kitchen has an electric hob/oven and a large fridge/freezer. The property also offers off road parking, has hot & cold air conditioning to all rooms. The property has use of a large gated communal swimming pool with childrens area.
The residential complex Playa Paraiso is situated beside La Manga del Mar Menor, a blue lagoon sea with crystalline waters that are ideal for water sports.
